Pets Welcome Upon Approval. Limit of 2 pets per home. Maximum weight limit is 75 pounds per household. Non-refundable pet fee is $350 for the first pet, $150 for each additional pet. Monthly pet rent of $35 will be charged per pet. Breed restrictions apply.
